KVS admission 2022-23: How to apply via Google App

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) online registration for admission to Class 1 in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the academic year 2022-23 is underway. All parents and guardians can apply for KVS Admission 2022-23 till April 11.Earlier, the last date to apply for KVS Admission 2022-23 is March 21. "The last date for Online Registration for Admission to Class I in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the Academic Year 2022-23 has been extended to 11.04.2022 (Monday) 07:00 pm," read an official notice.The minimum age for admission into class 1 will be 6 years as per NEP 2020.
KVS ADMISSION 2022-23: HOW TO APPLY VIA MOBILE APP
Apart from the official website of KVS, parents and guardians can fill in the online application form via the official Android Mobile App.
The official mobile app for KVS online admission for Class I for the academic year 2022-23 can be installed on the KVS official website.
The KVS official mobile app is also available at the Google Play Store. Parents are requested to go through the instructions for using the portal and mobile app carefully before using them.
HOW TO APPLY:
Go to the Play Store app on your mobile phone
Click on 'Install'
Open the app and select 'Register'
Fill in all the details and upload the required documents
Tap on 'Submit'
The app uses both English and Hindi for instructions and explanations. One can switch between the English and Hindi versions from within the app. However, all inputs provided by you must be in English.
KVS ADMISSION 2022-23: FEATURES OF THE GOGGLE APP
1. Register a child's application
2. Fill in the child's and parents' details
3. Select up to 3 choices of Kendriya Vidyalayas in India
4. Specify service priority categories for determining the priority of the child's application
5. Upload the child's passport sized photo and date of birth certificate for verification
6. Preview the application before submitting it
7. Submit the application
8. Check the status of the application
9. Re-apply using previously saved data or fill in a fresh application
10. Save draft application
Meanwhile, the registration for Class II and above will begin from April 8, 2022 (Friday) if vacancies exist (in offline mode).
Note: Under the present situation of Covid -19, the directions issued by the Competent Authority (Central/State/Local) are to be followed.
