NEET-UG Counseling will start on January 19, 2022. Minister of Health, Dr Mansukh Mandaviya on Thursday took to Twitter to wish the students ahead of the counseling. "You all are the future of this country and I hope that all of you will serve the people and get ahead in your career.
Yesterday, the Medical Council of India started the registration process for NEET-UG Counseling. However, the students were not clear about the schedule of the counseling. Therefore, the minister clears the air of ambiguity amongst students.
Reason behind delay in NEET UG counselling schedule
The MCC conducts NEET counselling for 15% of seats across India for medical students. The MCC has said that the counselling process was halted because of the case in the Supreme Court regarding the validity of the EWS quota.
It is normal that the NEET-UG Counseling guiding 2022 will be directed among July and October. MCC or the Clinical Guiding Council, the leading expert for the 15% All India Share (AIQ) seats will report the NEET UG directing 2022 timetable inside several months of delivering the NEET 2022 outcome. The NEET 2022 directing for the 85% state portion seats will be led by the State Advising specialists.
