There is big news for the candidates who have appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). This time a big relief has been given to the students appearing in this examination. If media reports are to be believed, this time students who do not make 75 percent marks or in the top 20 percentile will also be able to enroll in IIT in the session 2022-23. For the academic year 2022-23, the information about exemption from eligibility of minimum 75 percent marks in JEE examination has been given by the Ministry of Education on Friday. Let us tell you that this time JEE Advanced will be held on July 3. This exam will be conducted at various exam centers across the country. For JEE exam, earlier candidates were required to score a minimum of 75 percentile in class 12th board exams. But last year in 2020 and 2021 also, Joint Implementation Committee (JIC) has given relaxation of 75 percent marks due to Kovid-19. In such a situation, this time also, some of the rules of marks for advanced successful students in class 12th have been removed from IIT enrollment. In such a situation, this time only passing 12th will be the basic qualification for enrollment in IIT. JEE Advanced successful students had to have at least 75 percent marks in class 12th or be in the top 20 percentile of the board. But it has been removed.
