UPMSP UP Board Class tenth and twelth exams to begin today check exam day guidelines

The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council will conduct the class 10, 12 board exams from March 24 onwards. The board exam had already released the class 10 and 12 exam timetable on the official website – upmsp.edu.in. As per the datesheet, the class 10 board exam will be conducted between March 24 to April 9. Meanwhile, class 12 exams will be held between March 24 to April 12. A total of 8,373 examination centres have been set up this year.
A control room in Lucknow will monitor footage from CCTV cameras installed at centres across the state to curb the cheating during the UP school board exams which begins on March 24, officials said. The state-level control room was inaugurated at the Secondary Education Directorate here on Wednesday. All the exam centres will be monitored closely with help of staff and a total of 2,97,124 CCTV cameras, they said. The feed from these cameras will be monitored at various command centres, including the state level and 75 district level centres, officials said.
“The control room will receive direct feed from the CCTV cameras installed at the exam centres and strong rooms across the state which will be monitored closely by a team under the direct supervision of senior officials. “The control room will be an essential tool in ensuring free and fair board exams,” the Chief Secretary said. The state government has earlier warned that the stringent National Security Act (NSA) will be slapped against those found using unfair means during the exams.
Candidates who will be appearing for UP board class 10, 12 board exam have to adhere to the guidelines. The exams will be conducted in two shifts morning and evening. The morning movement will be directed from 8 am to 11:15 am and evening shift tests will be led from 2 pm to 5:15 pm for both the class 10 and class 12 exams. All the understudies need to obligatorily convey a printed copy of their concede cards. The people who neglect to do so won't be permitted to sit for the tests. Students, staff members and invigilators will have to follow covid protocols and wear marks at all times.
