The Rajasthan government has taken a big step to stop copying. To prevent cheating and other malpractices in examinations, the government has amended the 1992 bill and introduced the bill in the assembly. In such a situation, those who cheat and copy in the government examination may have to pay a jail term of up to 10 years and a fine of Rs 10 crore.The bill has been introduced by Rajasthan Higher Education Minister Rajendra Singh Yadav. The Bill provides for attachment and confiscation of properties. There is also a provision of punishment for the officers, examinees and other personnel involved in any kind of unfair means. Big things related to the bill.. - If any person is caught cheating in any government examination or is found indulging in conspiracy, then he can be fined Rs 10 crore. Also, he can be sent to jail for 10 years. - During the examination, if any candidate appearing for the examination of the Commission is caught taking unauthorized help from any person who has taken unauthorized help, then he can face a jail term of up to three years and a fine of not less than Rs 1 lakh . -Also, the person involved in the fraud will not be allowed to sit in any government exam for 2 years. Let us tell you that the examination was conducted last month for the recruitment of 32000 posts of REET on behalf of Rajasthan. But this exam has been canceled due to paper and copying. Now this exam will be again. Since the paper was out, the candidate and the opposition were demanding to make a law, after which the Gehlot government has taken this decision.
